Radiant Rollers technical facilities include State-of-art testing equipment and machines that are regularly maintained and calibrated. Tis enables Radiant to perform different tests and inspections right from raw materials to final product. These tests are for hardness, tensile strength, tear strength, abrasion resistance, fluid resistance, ozone / UV resistance, resilience and ageing among others. All tests are carried out according to internationally accepted standards and/or the customer's requirements by qualified and experienced personnel.

After extensive research, Radiant Rollers has developed various compounds for hardness ranging from 12 Shore A to 100 Shore A using a wide range of materials such as NR, SBR, EPDM, PVC-NBR, CR, CSM, Silicone and PU. Radiant Rollers qualified and experienced staff develops formulation and colour matching for specific requirements. Our extensive formulate library is constantly enhanced to keep pace with the rapid technological development.

After research and feedback from printers, Radiant Rollers realized that recoating of old rollers actually compounded the printing problems. The printers could not take out the optimum results from their expensive machines. To counter the problem, Radiant Rollers started the trend of "Ready to Print" Rollers.

Ready To Print Rollers:

"Ready to Print" rollers are supplied with a new core machined on CNC lathes on very high tolerances. The core is dynamically balanced before and after the covering. Rollers are supplied fully assembled with fixtures and bearings. The rollers are wrapped with bubble paper and packed in rugged boxes.

The Cost of the Rollers is mere 0.01% of the Total Running Cost of the Printing Press.
